Monday Musings...on Tuesday!!

Well yesterday went by in a bit of a blur and though I had plenty of musings in my head, I didn't get to the laptop to put them down!! This thought is taken from a roll of electrical tape....that I held in my hand but could not see as my hands were behind my back...its amazing what the mind can come up with!!!

You deceive me with
your curviness
your suppleness
and apparent willingness to
change
you see,
I think I can
make you do
what I want
that I can make
you be
what I need
I am sure
you will
stretch out and on
for all ways
but then
in just an instant
you can
change
you snap
you break
and leave me with
this ragged
jagged
ugly
torn edge.

    I was at that writing group meeting and I was thrilled with the cleverness of my friends at the group. It was a strange and disconcerting exercise. It made us all realise how much we rely on our sight, I think.
