I love her cooler mornings

where crispness of air

pop on over here and read this post by Mindy....rather thought provoking on inner beauty, being at peace and happy and content with what we have. I have a step daughter and one of my greatest concerns is that she grow up loving herself for being just her. My prayer is that she will understand God made her especially to be the girl and the woman she is to become. I have battled over the years, and who hasn't, with feeling I am ok, that I am beautiful enough, smart enough, clever enough, elegant enough for this world. I have had to slowly learn that truly if we have health and happiness in who we are, then these are prize jewels to be preciously guarded with our hearts and our minds.....and I am still learning!!!!

This Weekend I Am Grateful For

my sisters....

We live FAR FAR apart and I am especially missing them just now

BUT I will get to see my Annie-easter (Annaliese) and her boys really soon.

They are travelling over to be with us in April for a family occasion. We will get to do sister things together for a couple of days - girly girl stuff, along with coffees, chats and chocolate!

My Soph-a-loph (Sophie) lives on the other side of the world and I just really wish I could pop on over to spend a day or two with her but alas no...

however I think, just think mind, that they are coming home for Christmas sooooo

thats something else to be grateful for!!

My beautiful sisters get me, they care for me, they make me laugh, they make me a better person, they make me whole. Without them I wouldn't be the Tiffany that I am. I want them to know that I love them, I cherish them and today I am ever so grateful for them - I love you both very very much!!

Monday Musings...on Tuesday!!

Well yesterday went by in a bit of a blur and though I had plenty of musings in my head, I didn't get to the laptop to put them down!! This thought is taken from a roll of electrical tape....that I held in my hand but could not see as my hands were behind my back...its amazing what the mind can come up with!!!

I adore anything written by Anais Nin and this is my find this week when sorting through a pile (and I mean P.I.L.E) of papers, brochures, shopping dockets (???), bags, postcards, stuff, stuff, more stuff....
